Turning a Christmas promo into a game people actually wanted

Challenge:
Cheers needed a Christmas promotion to drive festive purchases in stores.

Idea:
Instead of another typical seasonal ad, we created Snacks & Ladders. Inspired by the classic Snakes & Ladders, this festive board game brought family and friends together during holiday gatherings.

Outcome:
The promotion was hugely popular, as stocks ran out within a day.
