Displays of Initiative

Being an advertising creative often feel like sprinting a marathon. It takes a bottomless reserve of passion, resilience and endurance. Between the daily grind, tight deadlines and last-minute revisions, we’re also expected to keep coming up with ideas to build our clients’ and company’s creative reputation.

When it comes to pro-bono initiatives, it’s truly a numbers game. Out of 100 ideas, maybe 1 or 2 may make it through the countless rounds of reviews.
