Background:

The brainchild of CapitaLand Singapore and Mitsubishi Estate Asia, Sky Vue is a new and exciting lifestyle development located in central Bishan, created with the aspirations of young urbanites in mind.

Challenge:

Many condo launch ads in Singapore all look, feel and say the same things: prime location, top convenience, resort style living, superior amenities, etc. How did we manage to break through all the noise and clutter?

Solution:

We took a more human storytelling approach to promote Sky Vue. We celebrated the individuality of our urban home-buyer audience while inspiring them with a vision of modern city-fringe living. Our integrated launch campaign played off the classic "He said, she said" scenario where two urbanites (with completely different tastes & personalities) can ultimately agree on one thing: Sky Vue is the perfect home that meets their needs.

Outcome:

* Over 80% of units sold on the first day of launch
* Sky Vue awarded the Most Popular Singapore Award at the 2013 iProperty People’s Choice Award
