Background:
Sky Vue is a new lifestyle development in central Bishan designed for young urbanites.

Challenge:
Most property launch ads in Singapore look and say the same things: prime location, convenience, amenities, etc. We needed a way to stand out.

Idea:
We took a human storytelling approach, playing on the "he said, she said" narrative where two urbanites with very different personalities could both agree on one thing: Sky Vue is the perfect home for them.

Outcome:
* Over 80% of units sold on the first day of launch
* Winner, Most Popular Singapore Award, iProperty People’s Choice Award 2013
